Global Perspectives Barometer
Each year, the St. Gallen Symposium and Credit Suisse conduct the Global Perspectives Barometer, a survey that provides insights into how the young generation views the world, what it expects, what it dreads and what attracts it. The survey is a successful tool that enables the St. Gallen Symposium to analyse, evaluate and – most importantly – leverage the opinions and thoughts of the future generation of leaders and decision makers.
The Leaders of Tomorrow were first surveyed by the St. Gallen Symposium back in 2010. Since 2011, the Global Perspectives Barometer has been a collaborative venture undertaken by the St. Gallen Symposium and gfs.bern on behalf of Credit Suisse, one of the St. Gallen Symposium’s Main Partners.
The results of the survey allow deriving a wide and diverse source for the debates and discussions prior, during and after the symposium. The output of the survey gets integrated in the programme as well as in the publications of the symposium.
