Curriculum Vitae


Born in 1959. Luca Majocchi holds a degree in physics, a Master in management engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Milan as well as a Mini-MBA in finance and economics from McKinsey and Company.


Following his studies, Luca Majocchi started his professional career at Pirelli in 1987, before working for McKinsey from 1991 to 1996. Subsequently, he joined Unicredit Banca, where he was responsible for information technology as well as the commercial building business of Unicredito Italiano. He then was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Unicredit Banca and head of Unicredito Italiano’s retail division. In 2003, Luca Majocchi became Chief Executive Officer of SEAT Pagine Gialle.


Moreover, Luca Majocchi serves as Chairman of the Board of TDL Infomedia Ltd., member of the Board of Telegate AG and as independent member of the Board of Eniro AB.
