Curriculum Vitae


Born in 1962. Thomas Meyer graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a Master in Business Administration.


Thomas Meyer started his professional career as a consultant with Accenture in 1987, at that time known as Arthur Andersen Management Information Consulting Division and later on Andersen Consulting. Since then, he has worked on many local and international projects in Switzerland and Europe in the financial services and automotive industry as well as the public sector. Throughout his career, Thomas Meyer has fo-cused on strategic, organisational and information technology issues and has been involved in major restructuring programmes as well as start-ups and creation of green-field operations. Currently, he serves as Country Managing Director of Accenture Switzerland and is responsible for Accenture’s Financial Services Group in Austria and Switzerland.


In addition, Thomas Meyer is a member of the commission for international economic relations of economiesuisse, which is the federation of Swiss business, and a member of the board of Osec Business Network Switzerland. Within the scope of Accenture’s corporate social responsibility, he is President of the Accenture Foundation.
