Curriculum Vitae


Born in 1953. Wolfgang Reichenberger completed his studies in business administration at the University of St. Gallen in 1976. Subsequently, he earned his Doctorate at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.


Wolfgang Reichenberger spent almost 30 years of his career at the world’s largest food and beverages company, Nestlé SA. Within the company, he held several positions in Europe, North and South America, Asia and Oceania. From 2001 to 2006, he served as global Chief Financial Officer of Nestlé SA. In 2006, he joined the Inventages Group as a general partner, the world’s largest venture capital fund specialised in wellness and nutrition.


For more than four years, Wolfgang Reichenberger was part of the six member governing admission body at the Swiss Stock Exchange and constituted the Task Force of European Chief Financial Officers that were to shape accounting and governance rules in co-operation with the International Accounting Standards Board and the European Union. Wolfgang Reichenberger has served and is still serving on boards of listed and private companies in the United States of America, Canada and Switzerland.
