Business Lounge
Business Centre
A telecommunication system with personal computers, internet access, telephones, telefax and a photocopier is at your disposal in the Business Lounge located on the First Floor of the Main Building.
Catering
During the programme breaks you will be provided with light buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Participants' Service

The St. Gallen Symposium Participants’ Service processes the registration of the participants and arranges their hotel reservations. It will take care of any special needs and wishes the guests may have prior to or during the St. Gallen Symposium.

Business Rooms
Service Desk
If you need a private working place during the symposium there are five rooms at your disposal for a maximum duration of two hours. These rooms can be reserved prior to the symposium via e-mail. During the symposium, the Service Desk in the Main Building will be happy to receive your reservation.
Transport

During the St. Gallen Symposium an exclusive limousine service commutes between the airports, the hotels and the campus. For individual transportation requirements, the Service Desk on the Ground Floor of the Main Building will be glad to arrange your trip.

Evening Events
The International Buffet that takes place on Friday is just one of several opportunities to continue the dialogue in a more relaxed setting. The evening events will be held at different venues in and around St. Gallen. The provided limousine service will ensure comfortable and flexible transportation to and from the locations.
