At the St. Gallen Symposium, 100 Leaders of Tomorrow are selected from a rich source of young students and researchers of leading universities worldwide. They have proven their skills on an academic level and ideally have already gained some work experience. They are chosen on the basis of their association and involvement with each year’s particular topic which will enable them to engage in a critical dialogue with today’s leaders from politics and economics. Leaders of Tomorrow of this kind are selected by the International Students’ Committee (ISC), hence there is no possibility to apply for the Knowledge Pool.
