Business Centre
A telecommunication system with personal computers, internet access, telephones, telefax and a photocopier is at your disposal in the Business Centre located in area 1.
Catering
During the programme breaks the Catering-Team will provide you with light buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Evening Events

The International Buffet that takes place on Friday is just one of several opportunities to continue the dialogue in a more relaxed setting. The evening events will be held at different venues in and around St. Gallen. The provided limousine service will ensure comfortable and flexible transportation to and from the locations.

For any information you may need during the St. Gallen Symposium, please contact the Info Desk in areas 2 and 3. At the Info Desk the Participants' Service will be at your disposal throughout the St. Gallen Symposium.

Participants' Service

The St. Gallen Symposium Participants’ Service processes the registration of the participants and arranges their hotel reservations. It will take care of any special needs and wishes the guests may have prior to or during the
St. Gallen Symposium.

Transport

During the St. Gallen Symposium an exclusive limousine service commutes between the airports, the hotels and the campus. For individual transportation requirements, the Transport Desk in areas 1 and 3 will be glad to arrange your trip.
